RENTAL POLICIES

GENERAL

We want you to enjoy your stay, but please try to be considerate of other guests.   Please do not smoke indoors. Do not leave butts on the ground if smoking outside.

After final payments have been received , you will receive an email with our Welcome Letter attached which has your arrival and departure information and other helpful information for your stay. Please bring this letter with you for reference during your stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Per the terms of the lease, there is a refundable security damage deposit required payable by credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) which can be completed online with the secure merchant services company PayPros Open Edge. This will be refunded back to your credit card within 3 weeks after your departure (minus any fees assessed due to any house damage, excessive cleaning charges, and/or any service calls that occur due to tenant negligence or carelessness). We ask that the house is returned in the same condition as received. Please refer to your Welcome Letter for your responsibilities.

CHECK IN

Check-in time is 4:00pm unless other arrangements have been agreed to by the owner

CHECK OUT

Check-out is 10:00 am unless other arrangements have been agreed to by the owner

PETS

We love pets, but for the health and safety of other guests, we have a no pet policy.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome to stay at Ahmeek Chalets.  Only children 12 or older can go into the hot tub, sauna or use the pool table. All children must be supervised by an adult.
